Job description

Day to Day accounting

Prepare monthly financial reporting

Prepare and post journal entries

Profit and loss/Balance Sheet

Bank reconciliations

Conduct monthly and quarterly account reconciliations to ensure accurate reporting and ledger maintenance

Review all intercompany transactions and generate invoices as necessary

Invoice booking

Provisional Cost Closure

Follow up with Operations - Cost verification & Disputes

Vendor/Supplier Reconciliation

Credit Card Reconciliation

Co-ordinating with Vendors/Supplier

Payable Operations

Experience in export import office

Chief Accountant - Export Company - Madurai 5-6 years experience in Accounts
