Senior Associate, Corporate Tax (Multiple Positions)

Senior Associate, Corporate Tax (Multiple Positions), PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP, Los Angeles, CA. Advise clients on their local and overseas tax affairs, while acting as a strategic consultant related to the business analysis, managing working capital, and profit-sharing for partners. Help organizations understand pricing implications of goods and services between related parties and provide advice on tax implications of deals. Perform tax structuring for clients.

40 hrs/week, Mon-Fri, 8:30 a.m. - 5:30 p.m. Salary: $110,000 - $110,000/yr.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

Must have a Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Accounting, Business Administration, Tax, or a related field, plus 3 years of related work experience.

In the alternative, the employer will accept a Master’s degree or foreign equivalent in Accounting, Business Administration, Tax, or a related field, plus 1 year of related work experience.

Must have at least 1 year of experience with each of the following:

-Prepared and reviewed tax provisions and corporate tax returns for private and public clients in the Telecommunications, media, technology, and financial services industries with accuracy;

-Working with large, complex data sets to build models and leverage data visualization tools;

-Innovating through new and existing technologies, along with experimenting with digitalization solutions; and

-Managed the project of developing a new tax software to address tax issues affecting clients in the financial services industry.  

80% telecommuting permitted. Must be able to commute to the designated local office.

Travel up to 20% of the time is required.
