Your Role

This is a Payroll Processing Analyst role where you will support the Payroll Team leader and the team for the accurate and timely processing of payroll activities. You will build close relationships with diverse professionals. You will enjoy the challenge of continuously improving the payroll process. There will be ample opportunities to support the development of IAG strategy.

ABOUT YOU -
  • You will have 4+ Payroll officer experience.
  • You will have experience and comprehensive knowledge of payroll systems such as SAP.
  • You will support the Payroll Team leader and Payroll Services team in the day-to-day operations,
  • You will support the team to ensure accurate and timely payment of employees and statutory bodies.
  • You will ensure compliance of all processes and to external laws, regulations, and internal audit.
  • You will diagnose and resolve incidents, analysing and completing requests.
  • You will critically observe and identify, opportunities for optimisation, simplification, standardisation and automation of processes, practices and systems.
  • You will build strong relationships with Service provider Teams.
  • You will have strong communication skills.
  • You will participate in monthly customer service reviews.
