The Opportunity
We currently have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Account Manager to join our team. This is a newly created role due to growth and is based primarily out of our Dunedin office.
This role would see you responsible for the day-to-day servicing and growth of all domestic policies within an existing book of business. As a key point-of-contact, this is an autonomous role where you will engage with a broad range of people, ensuring a consistently high standard of client service.
You would be responsible for:
- Relationship management of an existing client base
- Growth of existing clients and new business
- Managing client quotes and renewals
- Preparing policy schedules, client presentations, and reports
- Supporting ad-hoc branch duties alongside the wider team.
About You
To hit the ground running, you should have:
- Proven experience in the general insurance sector
- Level 5 qualification or studying to obtain before 15/03/2023
- Excellent attention to detail and time management skills
- Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work well both independently and in a team environment
- Personal/domestic lines knowledge desirable
