National Manufacturing / Packaging concern based in Aeroton, has an exciting opportunity for a Business Process Support Analyst to join their team. Report directly to the PBS Manager and be responsible for report-writing and data analysis.
Successful incumbent will have a completed B.Com (Accounting / Business Management / Administration) degree, coupled with 3-5 years related experience in a similar role. Duties include: compiling and distributing of daily, weekly and monthly KPI's; manage and build reports (advanced Excel skills essential); interpret data in and across various reports; conduct root cause analysis to determine an appropriate action plan; using analysis and interpretation to advise the business on the correct course of action to be taken; highlight potential business risks to management and to support the business process team with projects and day-to-day queries that might arise. Strong data analysis and data interpretation experience as well as good SAP exposure essential.
