About the Role:
You will need to deliver membership services and build membership population in Sri Lanka. You will report to Associate Manager – Member Relations
You Will:
-
Prepare transcripts, letters and WES applications (when applicable) for members/students on request and process all documents.

Liaise with corporate office as and when member/exam completed issues arise.
-
Support in-call campaigns for TOC/Exam Completed students for practical experience programmed.
-
Support in executing the ‘face-to-face membership assessment’ for exam completed students’ to progress for membership.
-
Support and plan the execution of workshops for Exam Completed to Associate Chartered Management Accountant (ACMA).
-
Manage activities on timed-off exam completed students or those who are nearing 4 years of completing exams.

Manage all activities pertaining to the elections of ACMA and Fellow Certified Management Accountant (FCMA) applications.
-
Support the ACMAs progressing to FCMA including workshops.

Advise members in Continuing Professional Development (CPD) requirements and new developments.

Manage all activities on the elections of ACMA and FCMA applications including arranging dispatch of ACMA/FCMA certificates.

Support in main CIMA events for members & students (Convocation, President dinner).

Keep records of membership subscription fees received, update CRM/Corporate Office and maintain any relevant databases.

Maintain confidentiality of information and the integrity of the same.

Display CIMA behaviours at all times.
You Have:
-
Minimum diploma or degree in Business/Marketing or any equivalent field
-
Strong communication and interpersonal skills and ability to work with people of all levels.
-
Have good public relation
-
Experience in managing projects and dealing with customers/clients.
-
Experience customer service experience
