Manager, Capital Markets Accounting (Multiple Positions), PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP, Seattle, WA. Advise clients on complex financial reporting issues around deals and other transformational events. Interact with senior company management teams, bankers, lawyers and other advisers. Provide expertise on multiple complex accounting topics. Writing and communicating cogently to clients and industry audiences within a professional services environment. Managing a wide range of accounting and advisory related projects. Pursue business development opportunities. Establish and maintain client relationships and professional networks. Manage accounting and advisory project economics, workflow, budgets, billing, collections and resource requirements.

 

40 hrs/week, Mon-Fri, 8:30 a.m. - 5:30 p.m. Salary: $135,000 - $135,000/yr.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

 

Must have a Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or a related field, and 5 years of post-bachelor’s, progressive related work experience.

 

In the alternative, the employer will accept a Master’s degree or foreign equivalent in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or a related field, and 3 years of related work experience.

 

Must have U.S. CPA license or foreign equivalent, Enrolled Agent, or Member of the Bar.

 

Must have at least one year of experience with each of the following:

 

Executing on merger and acquisition activities including creating purchase price accounting bridges and adjustment, leveraging tools like Deal Accelerator and Alteryx; Advising on accounting issues in at least one or more of the following areas: acquisitions, alliances/joint ventures, post deal accounting, restructurings, restatements, or bankruptcies; Completing purchase accounting memorandum that cover numerous ASC 805 topics; and, Performing S-X and PCAOB top-up procedures on financial statements and various registration statements including EPS, Segments and other accounting and reporting areas.  

 

80% telecommuting permitted. Must be able to commute to the designated local office.

 

Travel up to 60% required.
