Your Role:

The Financial Analyst, FP&A will report to the Senior Manager, Finance in our Reynolds Cooking & Baking business Unit. This role will provide the opportunity to cross-collaborate among the many groups within our organization, including customer marketing, advertising and procurement groups. We embrace and accept individual experiences and backgrounds to achieve a diverse and inclusive workplace.

You will have the opportunity to:

• Collaborate with our customer marketing and advertising teams on existing product analysis, as well as new product introductions.
• Support sales, customer marketing and advertising teams in evaluating existing products, as well as new product launches.
• Develop strong relationships across the organization, cross-collaborating on key projects.
• Support development of the Reynold's Cooking & Baking business unit annual financial plan and strategic objectives.
• Assist in month-end reporting of financial results - telling the financial story for our business unit.
• Develop unique solutions to complex problems, with a focus on driving segment profitability.
• Ad-hoc analysis and reporting as required.

Ultimately, you will be involved in understanding the financial results of our business, and supporting key actions derived from our profitability analysis.
