Are you looking to build a strong career? Then we have an opportunity for you! We currently have an opportunity for a Financial FP&A Analyst to join our team at our headquarters in Lake Forest, IL.

Your Role:

The Financial Analyst, FP&A will report to the Senior Manager, Finance in our Reynolds Cooking & Baking business Unit. This role will provide the opportunity to cross-collaborate among the many groups within our organization, including customer marketing, advertising and procurement groups. You will have the opportunity to:

  • Collaborate with our customer marketing and advertising teams on existing product analysis, as well as new product introductions.
  • Support sales, customer marketing and advertising teams in evaluating existing products, as well as new product launches.
  • Develop strong relationships across the organization, cross-collaborating on key projects.
  • Support development of the Reynold's Cooking & Baking business unit annual financial plan and strategic objectives.
  • Assist in month-end reporting of financial results - telling the financial story for our business unit.
  • Develop unique solutions to complex problems, with a focus on driving segment profitability.
  • Ad-hoc analysis and reporting as required.

Ultimately, you will be involved in understanding the financial results of our business, and supporting key actions derived from our profitability analysis.

We need you to have:

  • BA/BS degree in Finance or Accounting
  • 2-4 years relevant Finance experience
  • Advanced Excel skills

Icing on the cake:

  • Working towards completion of CPA, MBA or other advanced degree
