The Business CloudCannon is a software company founded in Dunedin and serves customers from all over the world. CloudCannon's mission is to connect the world through content collaboration. We offer a Content Management System (CMS) that helps web developers build websites and enables marketing teams to create, update and publish content.

Job brief We are looking for someone to manage our payroll, collect receipts, reconcile bank accounts, and send invoices to our customers. These jobs are currently handled by our CRO, and we've reached a scale where we need someone working on this part-time.

Responsibilities
  • Run payroll every two weeks - ensure all employee details are up-to-date and leave is entered into the payroll system.
  • Reconcile monthly accounts - match receipts to transactions, and reconcile all transactions in Xero.
  • Send invoices - Tally up billable hours, create invoices in Xero, and send invoices to customers.

Requirements
  • Attention to detail
  • Accountability and personal organization are essential
  • Experience running payroll a plus
