Manager, Financial Due Diligence - IRMS (Multiple Positions), PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP, New York, NY. Advise clients on complex valuation issues. Work on a wide range of services including business enterprise valuations and intangible and tangible asset valuations for mergers and acquisitions, dispute resolution, financial reporting and tax purposes. Perform private equity valuations and valuations of financial instruments. Help organizations realize the potential of mergers, acquisitions and divestitures and capital markets.

40 hrs/week, Mon-Fri, 8:30 a.m. - 5:30 p.m. Salary: $161,429 - $161,429/yr.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

Must have a Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field, plus 5 years of post-bachelor’s progressive, related work experience.

In the alternative, the employer will accept a Master’s degree or foreign equivalent in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or a related field, and 3 years of related work experience.

Must have at least one year of experience with each of the following:

-       Providing insurance subject matter expert (SME) advisory services including diligence and consulting;

-       Assisting organizations with both buy side and sell side due diligence, providing corporate and financial buyers with peace of mind by analyzing and validating all the financial, commercial, operational and strategic assumptions being made; and

-       Reviewing companies’ insurance related collateral supporting casualty deductible obligations and the related impact to their debt revolver.

Travel up to 80% required.

80% telecommuting permitted. Must be able to commute to the designated local office.
