Vaco Los Angeles is working with a full process fishing distribution company looking for an experienced AR Associate who can come in and make an impact to their small and homely team. The company is growing rapidly and looking to expand their team with knowledgeable accounting professionals. Your primary responsibility and objective will be to perform accounts receivable functions including billing, reconciling, process a collection of invoices, record and resolve discrepancies.

This is an on site 5 days/week opportunity in El Segundo, CA!

The compensation range for this position is listed at

60-65k annually

How you will do it

• Processing 3rd party payments, ACH, checks, etc.
• Setting up new vendor accounts

• Reconcile bank statements

• Record receipts daily deposit logs from various properties
• Conduct account research and analysis
• Prepare and maintain various reports
• Identify and execute the necessary process adjustments
• Interact with internal and external customers to resolve A/R and A/P related issues

Qualifications

• 2+ years of accounts receivable experience
• Must have knowledge of billing, collections, etc.
• Experience with commercial real estate
• Demonstrates a high level of customer service ability.
• Proficient in Excel
• Must have the ability to multi-task in a fast paced and deadline driven environment
• Must be a team player, committed to working in a quality environment.
• Strong sense of urgency and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication skills
