Responsibilities:

Preparation of MIS for HC including charts, trend analysis and future movements (including
Job Requisitions, Open Positions, TIAs, Org Charts).
. Dashboards for internal use and for stakeholders
. Headcount Tracking - Open positions/efficiency/ TIA Tracking
. Finance Budget
. KPI and Governance Packs for Finance
. Process Transition Documentation (Assessment Documents/ Statement of work)
. Market data Tracking/ Powai Finance Org Chart
. Global Intranet Management
