An exciting career opportunity exists in Somerset West, Cape Town for Head of Billing within the IT industry.
The purpose of the Head of Billing is to manage and improve the Billing Process, manage the debt collecting process, assisting with various supplier and 3rd party queries.

Additional Duties and Responsibilities:
- Document internal processes and procedures related to duties and responsibilities. Ensure a how to guide is set up for each task.
- Improve customer service, perception, and satisfaction
- Understand the overall finance and accounting objectives, as well as the role and function of each team member.
- Maintain the accounting system to ensure consistency, correct entry, and accurate reporting of all accounts
- Identify areas for improvement and make constructive suggestions for change.
- Maintain a high quality of work
- Network Team report
Education and Skills:
- Matric and relevant experience in bookkeeping.
- Interpersonal skills: such as telephone skills, communication skills, active listening and customer-care.
- Ability to multi-task and adapt to changes quickly.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work in a fast-moving environment.
- Ability to forge strong, long-lasting relationships with team members.
- Ability to creatively explain and present complex concepts in an easy to understand manner.
- Excellent presentation and creativity skills.
Minimum Experience:
- Minimum of 3 years' experience working as a financial clerk or bookkeeper.
- Any experience working in the IT industry will be to your advantage.
- Previous experience with Zoho books will be to your advantage.
