The Job:

You will be responsible for:

• reviewing the Purchase orders/vendor bill entered in NetSuite by admin and local team as per local accounting rule.
• regular day to day book keeping while coordinating with local teams in India and Bangladesh expediting the AP payments to vendors by coordinating with AP team in Philippines on weekly basis .
• handling General ledger transactions of India and Bangladesh in every month .
• handling month end closing transactions as per the deadlines given by Accounting Group or Finance Manager.
• reconciling the financial statement of NetSuite and local books maintained by CPA in each month. Handling bank reconciliation on weekly basis.
• any other project or ad hoc work assigned by Finance Manager

The Candidate:

It could be you, if you have:

• A degree in Finance, could be MBA/Diploma in finance or accounting /CA-inter
• Good experience in accounting with 3 to 5 years in MNC/KPO/BPO
• Good knowledge of GST/TDS of India and preferable Bangladesh as well but not necessary. NetSuite (Oracle) ERP knowledge is added advantage
• Solid analytical ability
