What will you receive by working at WIS Accountancy?

• Salary range is between Rs 30,000 and Rs 40,000 per month, based on a full-time position
• Study Sponsorship to pursue ACCA or CIMA. We are CIMA and ACCA, training partners!
• 25 days holidays, plus UK bank holidays, as a minimum once you have worked for a year. You have plenty of time for studies and socializing.
• Weekends off! (Unless it’s absolutely necessary)
• We'll contribute to your pension scheme (EPF/ETF)
• We pay for your Life Insurance
• Opportunity to attend training and work in the UK
• We will support your charity initiative. In the past, team members have organized Blood donation campaigns, Medicine to children’s hospitals and meals to orphanages.
• Team events. Some previous events have been BBQs, Day Trips, Overnight stays, photoshoots and makeovers, paddleboarding, and spa days.

What do we need you, the accounting superstar, to be?

You will need to be….

• Studying either ACCA or CIMA or planning to study these qualifications
• Good in English, both spoken and written
• A team player with and ability to work with the team members
• Able to advise business owner-managers in basic tax planning.
• Confident in looking after clients. You'll know when to pick up the phone, offer a Zoom or just to say, ‘Hi, how are you?’
• Love to educate your clients on the best tax, accounting or bookkeeping practices, systems or processes for their business.
