The Accountancy Relationship Managers handles the relationship between the Client and WIS, ensuring clear communication and timely progression of the Client Accounting submission. They are responsible for providing the very best of customer service experience to our customers.

This role will provide updates, resolve grumbles and complaints while ensuring that all inbound calls are answered.

Any missed calls will be returned to ensure that all our customers are updated, and their requests or complaints are attended to on a timely manner.

We are looking for :

A dynamic professional with excellent interpersonal skills and ability to assist our team towards achieving the organisational objectives.

This role will be responsible for managing the client's expectations during the Accounting process by providing timely updates to the client and ensuring that they act as the key contact person for the client throughout their Accounting journey with the organization.

Reporting to the Directors, you will be supervising a team of circa 3 people. This is a client focused role where you will be expected to talk to clients to conduct reviews and assist them with tax or other general adhoc advice, as well as being responsible for your own portfolio of SME clients - preparing accounts, VAT returns and reporting.

What you'll need:

• Fully qualified ACCA/ACMA/ACA

• Relevent experience in sales and relationship management is a plus

• Customer handling experience is a must

• Demonstrable supervisory experience

• Confident communication and relationship building skills

• Tax planning knowledge

• A "hands-on" approach to preparing accounts

Role requirements:

  • Effectively communicate with all stakeholders both verbally and written to provide on-point and detailed information and aim in providing an excellent service to all stakeholders.
  • Ensuring timely progression of Accounts, VAT and Self-Assessment and to update systems accordingly.
  • To pay attention to details updated in the systems and able to identify any gaps required for Accounts progression.
  • Provide internal departments assistance and guidance on where Accounts submissions are stagnated.
  • Identifying selling points pro-actively and selling products and services according to client needs.
  • To manage the complaints procedure in a professional manner.
  • Good knowledge about common complaints to solve matters in quick succession.
  • Work independently and carry out assignments to completion within parameters of instructions given, pre-described routines, and standard accepted practices.
  • Ability to understand the technical problems & identify the solution for the problem.
  • Salary package Rs. 135,000+ based on experience (please indicate your salary expectation in the cover letter)
