Pride Health is hiring a Revenue Cycle Manager to support our client's healthcare organization in Philadelphia, PA! This is a 4-month + contract (possibilities of getting hired)

Schedule: Monday to Friday, day shift (40 hours/week) - Hybrid role

Duties:

Responsibilities:

• Provide direction for all areas of CAA's professional services.
• Develop and monitor billing policies and procedures.
• Perform various financial functions including financial data analysis, preparation of the annual revenue budget, and revenue reconciliation.
• Develop, coach and evaluate staff under direct supervision.
• Direct the AR Supervisor in the management of all A/R staff.
• Perform compliance and monitoring functions, according to departmental policies.
• Support the Manager of Accounts Receivable Analysis in identifying trends which negatively impact AR.
• Maintain EPIC work-queues
• Assist with management of third party payers
• Serve as primary department contact with billing colleagues throughout CHOP
• Monitor resolution of credit balances for refunds and adjustments.
• Proactively identify and resolve operational and system problems or issues.
• Ensure compliance with orders or directives.

Qualifications:

• Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Required Education: Bachelor's Degree
• At least five (5) years of supervisory experience in medical services billing or related healthcare field
