ADMINISTRATION & ACCOUNTS ASSISTANT
HINCKLEY, LEICESTERSHIRE
SALARY DEPENDING ON EXPERIENCE
PERMANENT - FULL TIME - OFFICE BASED
ABOUT:
We are currently working with our Hinckley based clients who are recruiting for an Administration & Accounts Assistant to join them on a full time/permanent basis.
This is an office based role and the successful candidate will need to take on a dual role providing both support in the accounts department, general administration but also taking ownership of various tasks which contribute to the smooth running of day to day life in the office.
An excellent communicator and professionalism is essential as the successful candidate will be required to communicate with colleagues, clients and external providers such as HR, IT suppliers.
Administration, Accounts support (sales/purchase ledger, credit control, reconciliation) and experience in a client facing role are crucial.
This is a fantastic role for someone that is professional, organised, enthusiastic and one that will include more responsibility as time goes on so someone that is looking for a full time long term opportunity.
KEY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY:
* Meeting and greeting external visitors to the business
* Dealing with external providers of things like HR, I.T, payroll, business renewals
* Managing and ordering stock/stationary supplies
* Supporting with accounts administration/ sales/purchase ledger, bank reconciliation
* Booking accommodation/travel for the wider business
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
* Previous general administration and accounts department experience
* Organised and able to prioritise and manage own workload
* Excellent use of office programs and quick to learn
* Professional at all times – able to communicate internally at all levels both internally and externally
* Enthusiasm and flexibility
