Job Details for Financial Advisor:

• Schedule:Full time
• Pay Rate: $95,000-$165,000 w/benefits
• Direct Hire

Job Responsibilities & Description for Financial Advisor:

• Complete required training, have industry licenses- Series 7 & 66 (63 & 65 in lieu 66), master assessments, maintain continuing education requirements and meet minimum performance standards.
• Source prospective clients, capitalize on referrals and assess customer needs.
• Maintain a well-developed and clear team marketing plan that attracts target client.
• Establish and maintain relationship with management team.
• Track and review progress on leads proactively and regular.

Job Requirements for Financial Advisor:

• Has two years' experience working in the financial service industry and/or a sales environment where goals were met or exceeded (including at least one year experience in the investments industry, including investment training and in-depth knowledge of investment products and services)
• Is a self-starter who efficiently manages time and capacity.
• Builds and nurtures strong relationships
• Manages goals, navigates complexity, prioritizes tasks and executes in a fast-paced environment.
• Proven ability to engage with and influence others.
