Invoice Analyst

Our client in Stamford, CT is looking for an Invoice Analyst to join their team! Due to their massive growth over the last few months they are looking for an extra pair of hands to come in ASAP and assist the accounting department.

What you'll do:

Ensuring invoice data is being captured and entered correctly into database
Confirming coding data is accurate, and matching to the general ledger
T&E auditing for employees
Journal Entries
Entering Invoices into Workday

What we are looking for:

Bachelors in either Accounting or Finance
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly strong Excel skills
Excellent written and verbal communication both internally and with clients
Not shy to take on a challenge or learn something new!
