Job Details for On Site Accounting Manager:

• Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm
• Pay Rate: $70,000+ Base Salary + Quarterly Bonuses (Base Pay negotiable based on experience)

Job Responsibilities & Description for Accounting Manager:

• Directly oversee Accounting Team in Daily Accounting Operations such as:

• Month end/year end finances
• Payroll
• General ledger
• Budgeting & forecasting
• Fixed & capital asset variance analysis
• Account reconciliations

Conduct periodic internal accounting auditsCoordinate and execute external auditsDevelop and implement accounting process improvementsReview of tax returns, tax projections, and financial statements and provide tax solutions

Job Requirements for Accounting Manager:

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or comparable field preferred
• 3+ years of experience in Public Accounting, Accounting Management, Senior Accountant, or equivalent title required
• CPA or EA certification preferred
• Must have proficiency in Accounting Software such as Great Plains, Quickbooks or similar general ledger software
• People-oriented leadership skills and integrity required
• Must have advanced skills in Accounting Mathematics and logical problem-solving
