As we further bolster the capabilities of our Regions, we are looking for a Accounts Payable to join our team! You'll be based at our head office in Mt Wellington right by the water and within a stone's throw of Sylvia Park!
About the role
Reporting to the Transactional Services Team Leader, the Accounts Payable will be part of a busy role working with multiple systems & covering all aspects of Accounts Payable function. This role will be a full-time, Monday to Friday role. We have plenty of parking onsite and public transport is close by.

About the role
Reporting to the Transactional Services Team Leader, the Accounts Payable will be part of a busy role working with multiple systems & covering all aspects of Accounts Payable function. Some of your key responsibilities will be:
- Checking in invoices and credit notes accurately and in a timely manner
- Supplier reconciliations and queries
- Weekly & Monthly Payment Runs
- Expense Claim Management
- Training wider business on finance functions
- Other ad hoc tasks as required.
What you'll bring to the role
Our ideal candidate will be self-motivated and able to manage a varied workload. The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate the following:
- 3-5 Years' experience with Accounts Payable in a medium to large business
- Strong reconciliation skills
- High level of competency in Microsoft Excel
- Excellent Attention to detail
- Proven experience and an ability to work quickly, accurately, and efficiently are essential.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work autonomously.
- Problem solving skills.
