The Company
My client is involved in financial services and operates across a number of different sectors including construction. They provide their expert services to the insurance, government and private sectors. Their offices are located in Auckland CBD conveniently close to public transport. This is a great opportunity to work within a large New Zealand company on a 3-month contract that could go permanent!
The Role
In this role you will be working with the wider Accounting and Finance team and will be reporting into the Chief Financial Officer. As an Accounts Clerk you will be responsible for full function accounts payable and billing. In this role your responsibilities will include:

Skills & Experience
You will have proven experience doing full function accounts payable and billing. You will also be deadline driven with excellent communication skills.
Although you will be working within a team environment you will be able to work independently whilst being results-orientated with a high level of attention to detail.

- You will be responsible for the full function of Accounts Payable
- Raising purchasing orders into the system
- Matching to purchase orders
- Full billing process
- Processing weekly and monthly payment runs
- Completing supplier reconciliations and queries
- Ad Hoc Duties
