Apprentice Finance Assistant
This is an exciting time for Our Co-op! We are expanding our finance team and we’re looking for a full-time Finance Assistant who is keen to get involved in every aspect of our varied department.
Apprentice Finance Assistant Role Responsibility
We’re looking for someone to help us out wherever is needed and, in return, we’ll give you a great grounding in all things accountancy and finance.
We’ll support you in an AAT apprenticeship which gives you a head start in your accountancy career. You’ll get the chance to learn the theory and then apply it in the workplace almost immediately. You’ll get paid while you train and get dedicated study hours too.
You’ll need to be willing to learn, happy to try new things and great at working with a wide variety of people. You bring the right attitude, and we’ll help you build the skills to become a finance
The Ideal Apprentice Finance Assistant Candidate
* 112 points UCAS Tariff (Equivalent to 2 Bs and a C at A level)
* A questioning mindset seeking to continuously improve the quality of your work
* Able to work flexibly, organise your time and consistently meet your deadlines
* Willingness to learn, adapt and make best use of new IT resources as they become available
* Experience with MS Office, particularly Excel
