With over 50 years of experience within the lending industry, 401 Group are looking for a Junior Data Analyst to join their team. Their young, lively office is looking for someone who is looking for room to grow and develop within the workplace.

Based in Blackburn, they are looking for someone who will support with collating and cleansing claim data, blending and formatting data, support with claims, and analysing funding.

In this role, youll work towards your Level 3 Data Analyst delivered by our expert training team at Baltic Apprenticeships.

A Typical Day in the Job:
  • Collating and cleansing claim data
  • Blending and formatting data from multiple sources including client and open-source data
  • Support with claims by comparing structured and unstructured data and reporting findings through charts and reports with analysis included
  • Supporting internal operation data to help make improvements and report back on ROI for teams and partners within 401 Group
  • Analysing findings and making recommendations to the internal teams and suppliers

Full training and support will be provided by your workplace mentor and from the Baltic team.

Salary, Hours&Benefits:
  • £15,000-£18,000 per annum dependant on experience
  • Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours
  • 09.00-17.30 with one hour lunch
  • Fully office based

Desired Qualities, Skills and Knowledge:
  • A Grade 4/C at GCSE in English and Maths is required for this role
  • Maths at A-Levels or equivalent
  • Understanding of Excel
  • Attention to detail
  • Proactive and eager to push yourself
  • Ability to think outside the box and go beyond the role
