What you'll do:

Seek successful resolution of the partner's billing inquiries received through multiple communication channels
Coordinate with other departments in order to resolve billing issues
Assists with past due collections efforts through partner communication
Log all billing and collections information in Salesforce with complete and accurate information
Develop strong understanding of billing process
Work collaboratively with team members to ensure timely response and resolution
Reconcile client accounts
Work with multi-currency accounts

What we are looking for:

Motivated, energetic recent graduate with some work experience (transferable skills, not exact experience)
Demonstrates a high degree of organization, accuracy and excellent customer service skills
Ability to work effectively with a wide variety of people and develop professional working relationships with site staff and providers
You have a great attitude motivated, coachable and competitive, and want a successful career in the IT space
Basic understanding of accounting (debits and credits)
