Our Client, a municipality center, is looking for an AP Specialist with Payroll knowledge.

Responsibilities of AP Specialist:

Full Cycle AP
Processing 100 invoices bi weekly
Works with vendors and management to resolve issues as needed
Takes charge of processing all vendor invoices received, scheduling payments to be made timely.
Responsible for processing biweekly payroll in a timely and accurate manner, adhering to all deadlines, utilizing ADP

Preferred Requirements of AP Specialist:

ADP experience
Basic to intermediate excel skills
Willingness to learn
