Engineering Manager, Treasury System
Overview
Lennar Corporation is looking for an Engineering and Development Manager to focus on Treasury Systems. This is a key management role in Lennar Technology Solutions and this position will report directly to the Director of Corporate Systems. The Manager of Treasury Systems will need to be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with many moving pieces, strict compliance, and tight deadlines.
Responsibilities
Work with product and business stakeholders to define new applications, enhancements and maintenance of Treasury Systems.
Work with the product teams to define clear and concise priorities for your platform team to stay aligned.
Work with Agile coaches and scrum masters assigned to your platform scrum team.
Manage and direct teams that comprise of associates, local contractors, business partners and offshore resources that are primarily developers and systems analysts.
Serve as the main contact of escalation for your teams and your areas of responsibility.
Develop, implement, and manage processes, systems and procedures to assure consistency in the engineering products and services that we deliver.
Accurately analyze and estimate new automation-related processes, quickly assessing feasibility.
Work closely with the LTS architecture and infrastructure teams.
Create and maintain Treasury Systems related documentation.
Manage the support of existing treasury systems and implement changes following established change control processes.
Manage the team running day to day operations of all Treasury Systems and provide timely responses and solutions as required.
Identify, define options, communicate, and escalate risks and issues that impact changes in the business.
Assist in certification of governance controls on a quarterly basis.
Qualifications
Education and Experience Requirements:
Bachelor's degree is required, master's and certifications are preferred
Technical Program/Project management experience required 3-5 years
Cloud based Enterprise Application management experience is required
Experience managing financial system initiatives 2-4 years
Experience with multiple applications and technology
Application development & support experience in a lead role 3-5 years
Highly experienced at Jira and Microsoft office tools
Agile background preferred
Strong written and oral communication
Strong interpersonal and operational skill sets
Physical Requirements:
This is primarily a sedentary office position which requires the incumbent to have the ability to operate computer equipment, speak, hear, bend, stoop, reach, lift, and move and carry up to 25 lbs. Finger dexterity is necessary.
Additional Requirements:
Ability to work within a team
Arrive at work on time
Follow directions from a supervisor
Work independently of daily supervision
Interact well with associates at all company levels
