Responsibilities:

• Use industry leading analytics platforms, including Power BI, Host Analytics, Auto ML, etc., to manage, review, and uncover valuable insights from the financial and analytical results of 50+ hospitals to quantify opportunities and help strategize individualized growth plans for each hospital


• Regularly collaborate with individual hospitals, field leadership and various Home Office departments, from Finance and Operations to Marketing and Procurement to execute on strategic plans


• Serve as lead analyst and analytical point-of-contact for multiple Regional Operations Directors


• Leverage breadth of access and information to uncover existing growth drivers and how to implement those processes across many or all hospitals


• Continually build efficiencies and predictive analytics to create industry-leading execution time from opportunity discovery to operational response


• Detect pricing opportunities, especially as it relates to pricing elasticity across various categories

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting or a related field


• 3+ years of similar work experience, preferably in retail, healthcare or other multi-location industry preferred


• Self-starter with strong analytical skills including the ability to interpret data, question the results, generate insights and construct solutions


• Excellent project management and organizational skills with strong attention to detail to handle multiple priorities and hospital plans concurrently


• Proficient in Microsoft Office with a focus on manipulating large data sets in Excel


• Outstanding presentation, reporting and communication skills
