Billing & Credit Controller - Central London - Global Recruitment Company - Up to £35,000

Your new company
You will be joining a tight-knit finance team in a newly created position. You will be joining a small finance team for a global, award-winning, and fast growing recruitment company. The finance function within the company has seen rapid growth as the company are achieving record success in their London office.

Your new role
You will be responsible for the Billings & Credit Control function within the finance team, with responsibilities including (but not limited to); Credit checking customers, managing the client onboarding process, raising invoices for permanent and contract placements, liaising with consultants to confirm sales invoices, daily/weekly debt chasing, posting bank reconciliation and reviewing WIP weekly.
In addition to your responsibilities within Billing & Credit Control, you will be supporting the Finance Manager as the team grows and develops. This may include; supporting month-end and quarterly tasks, and other ad-hoc projects.

What you'll need to succeed
A strong applicant will have an excellent eye for detail, be highly organised in a fast-paced environment, be able to collaborate and engage with sales teams and non-finance colleagues, and have strong interpersonal communication skills when dealing with conflict and chasing aged debt.
A strong applicant would ideally have 3+ years experience within a credit control/billing function.
Previous experience with Credit Control and/or Billings within a recruitment company essential for the candidate to hit the ground running.
