Eaton Electrical is now looking for an Operations Analyst Manager (cost out).
Reporting to the Operations Director, you will be a strategic partner to EMEA Operations entity and ensure cost out projects are aligned to business strategy. This role is
holistically responsible for the end-to-end Cost out initiates and analytics and will involve a mix of cost out and cost savings across EMEA sites.
This position is fully remote and can be based anywhere in the Europe Region.
Your main

responsibilities:

- Strategic and analytical guidance is forefront to determining financial success in cost out commitment Providing strategic guidance & information to the Regional Leadership Team at EMEA
- Working with various Site owners, P&L, align with EMEA stakeholders and having regular interaction across the global Eaton team
- Business tools such as SAP, Power or Bi and site specific data configuration will be essential to absorb and analyze Operational progress
- Strategic analytical support for CI, cost out projects, margin/pricing analysis, variance investigation and management reporting
- Working closely with cross functions and stakeholders including R&D, commercial and other support functional team.
- Reporting and explaining Operations financial input at all levels including Operations customers, external parties and internal Eaton colleagues and employees
Qualifications
Your essential skills we are looking for:
- Extensive experience in an operational finance function
- Strong analytic and numeric skills essential
- Technology savvy
- Self-motivated with drive to succeed
- Demonstrable understanding of the key drivers in business performance
- Enthusiastic, continuous improvement mindset
- Strong communication skills
- Fluent English
Desired:
- Accountancy background
- Previous experience in a manufacturing environment
- SAP and/or Business Warehouse and SQL knowledge
