Your key responsibilities

Everything you'll do will come back to providing exceptional audit activities for our clients. Colleagues and clients from a diverse array of backgrounds will look to you first for answers, so you'll be a high-profile contact when it comes to resolving complex issues. As you build your knowledge and experience, you'll become a credible advisor, influencing clients and engagement teams on resolutions that will impact entire industries.

Managers :The following is required, 4 to 5 years of experience in a reputed audit firm or commercial sector. A passed finalist of CA-SL CIMA/ACCA/MA

Assistant Managers: The following is required, 3 to 4 years of experience in a reputed audit firm or commercial sector. Part qualified in CASL/CIMA/ACCA/CA

Candidates must also possess

• Excellent client service and communication skills and the ability to lead multiple assignments in challenging environments

• The ability to identify client's needs, together with commercial awareness and problem solving skills to deliver value added services

• Team working skills and the ability to coach and motivate others

• The ability to work productively with regulators and multidisciplinary. Constantly developing your understanding of current market trends and processes and sharing your knowledge to develop junior colleagues

•Understanding our clients unique ambitions and needs and referring them to colleagues in other teams and areas to broaden our business relationships where possible.
