Looking for a Monday to Friday role in a Retail store? Mitre 10 MEGA Henderson is looking for an Inventory Credits Processing Team Member who will maintain our credit returns and complete administrative tasks to the role

This is a key role within the Henderson store which requires a smart, quick thinking and capable person to assist the Inventory and Inwards Goods team with their credit processing needs.

In this position you will be accountable and involved in:

• maximizing the integrity of our physical and computerized records
• assisting in the development of our processes to maximize our credit/return processes
• raising claims on a daily basis
• answering and following up emails with our suppliers
• making sure that all outstanding claims are being followed up
• responsible for sending off damaged goods to suppliers
• maintaining our credits bay
• communicating with REPS
• helping our Inwards goods team during our busy trading seasons

For this position we are looking for someone who has:

• previous experience in a similar role - would be a bonus
• the ability to manage issues, maintain open communications and has a positive approach to resolution
• computer savvy and well organized
• strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• drive and enthusiasm
• good time management and organisational skills
• ability to converse with our suppliers and has great communication skills in general
• a quick and alert mind, with the ability to adapt and be flexible; and
• a strong customer service ethos

We have one full time vacancy for this role at 32 hours, Monday to Friday.
