I am currently working with a leading UK law firm looking to hire a Head of Finance to join the London office. The firm has a market leading reputation in the sectors it specialises in and this role offers a great opportunity for the right candidate to make an impact on the finance function.
Your new role
This is a broad and varied role with key duties and responsibilities including:

• Annual and monthly budgeting and forecasting responsibilities
• Year end audit processes
• Cashflow forecasting and lock up process improvements
• VAT, Tax and SRA responsibilities
• Quarterly executive review packs.
• Management of 3 direct reports

What you'll need to succeed
You will need to be a qualified finance professional with a proven track record within the legal or professional services sectors. You will need a good understanding of SRA accounts rules and strong commercial and analytical capabilities. You will need proven staff management experience with strong finance systems and excel skills are highly desirable.
