Position: Accounting AssistantQualification: Any GraduateExperience: 2 to 5 years

AhmedabadJob descriptionShould have basic knowledge of tally
A) coordinating with our clients who are suppliers of services and aligning all the activities related to documentation communication, filling forms, aligning the loan proceeds, explaining them the process, answering their queries.
B) Coordinating with buyers (who are clients of our clients) and who shall be loan seekers for documentation's, aligning filling of forms, aligning the completion of various forms and process related to loan disbursements
C) Follow up for payments on emails and calls when the due date comes
D) Coordinating with banks for release of funds and transfer to respective persons
E) Maintaining relations with clients and their clients
F) Answering their queries
G) Communication with clients or their clients on zoom calls and explaining them about the product and giving them brief about the product and engage them.
H) Make, give, and prepare presentations customizing to customers' requirements.I) Altering agreements to customize client's requirements, good hands on experience of using computers shall help
J) Documentation organization
K) Overseeing maintenance of accounts
L) Aligning to generate invoice
