We are looking for a CA or MBA Finance candidate. Candidate should have experience in the field of Finance, Fund Raising, Preparation of Bank Limit proposals, liasoning with Banks, raising funds - Working Capital, Term loan, Project Finance with banks and government institutes. Knowledge of foreign fund raising on competitive interest rates. Preparing project reports, CMA, projections. Knowledge of international financial instruments, P/ E funding will be beneficial. Should be well versed with general requirement avail by banks and government financial institutions. Knowledge of Raising Funds through private placement, V.C., P.E., IPO will be an added advantage

Responsibilities

• Preparation of Bank Limit Proposals, Liasoning with Banks, raising funds – Term Loan, Working Capital Loan.
• Coordinating with Banks / NBFCs for Fund Raising proposals / Post disbursement compliance.
• Evaluating Term sheets and giving points for negotiation.
• Maintaining all project MIS on to date basis and sharing with Bankers.
• Project Finance with Banks, Financial Institutions and NBFCs.
• Preparation of Project Reports, CMA Reports etc.
• Build financial models in excel based on historical information and other available industry-specific operating metrics.
• Conduct scenario analysis based on microeconomic and macroeconomic factors to access business risk.
• Monthly Reconciliation of Interest charged and matching Ledger with Lenders outstanding
• Evaluate companies using various financial valuation methods, such as DCF, comparable company analysis, capital structure analysis, FCFF, FCFE etc.
• Conduct scenario and sensitivity analysis with the intent to support investment activities.
• Preparing a presentation for the stakeholders on business outlook.

Qualification: 2-4 years of experience C.A preferred / MBA finance

Personal Attributes:

• Should have expert knowledge on using Microsoft excel, word and PPT.
• Should have worked in similar profile.
• Should have sound accounting knowledge.
• Should have a number crunching ability.
