What will you do?

We are looking for a self-motivated individual with a talent for customer service to join our Accounts Receivable team. The key focus of this role is to communicate with residents and their next of kin regarding fees as well as the end to end management of the claims process from various funding bodies. Key responsibilities include:
  • Ensure that client accounts of varies business unit are set up and maintained with all required information in accounting system.
  • Attend to and resolve account enquiries
  • Process direct debits/ deposits and other related banking tasks
  • Follow-up on overdue debtors' balances in line with organisational policies
  • Perform account reconciliation
  • Liaising with key internal and external stakeholders
  • Liaising with third parties such as State Trustees, Dept of Veteran Affairs, Solicitors, Client's representative etc.
  • Completion of month end balance by the deadline given
  • Completing regular audits and monitoring returns

  • You have previous experience in the Aged Care sector across in a similar role; your attention to detail is second to none and you have impeccable spelling, grammar and punctuation
