The Role

The Role
A three-month contract that will see you report into both the CFO & Financial Controller. Your responsibilities will include:
- Documenting and categorising digital invoices for various projects over the last five years
- Splitting expense lines for past years and assigning them to respective country and business unit centres
- Evaluating and determining cost and revenue variances in relation to covid economic fluctuations
- Compiling tax papers and reviewing payments to the ATO for previous financial years
- Presenting audit findings, recommending controls and business practice improvements
- Assessing compliance with financial regulations and controls
The business provides a flexible environment, with work from home 4 days a week an option for all members of the team.
Your Profile
- Minimum 5 years' experience within accounting
- Knowledge of Australian Tax (specifically PAYG)
- Previous experience within Audit ideal but not necessary
- Strong accounting fundamentals
- Solid organisation and great documentation skills
