Job Summary:

The Finance Shared Services Officer will provide support to Spark Arena as well as other Live Nation businesses in New Zealand. Working very closely with the Spark Arena finance team, this role will play a key part in the Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and Banking activities.

Responsibilities

Accounts Payable:

• Accurate data entry of all invoices including coding.
  
• Management of multiple Accounts Payable email inboxes.
  
• Review and follow up on approvals for payments.
  
• Reconcile Vendor Statements as required.
  
• Review Employee Expense Claims and Credit Card Statements.
  
• Perform weekly payment runs.
  
• Setup/Update vendors in the ERP system.
  

Accounts Receivable and Banking

• Raise and send Customer Invoices based on business requirements.
  
• Follow up on unpaid Customer Invoices.
  
• Review received funds and apply to the relevant Invoices.
  
• Setup/Update customers in the ERP system.
  

Other

• Weekly eftpos reconciliation of Arena outlet sales.
  
• Catering event admin and reporting.
  
• Purchase Order management.
  
• Post Journal Entries as part of the bank reconciliation process and complete Bank reconciliations.
  
• Weekly ticketing and revenue reconciliations.
  
• Assist with month end reconciliations and reporting.
  
• Ensure all processes are followed and documented to meet the companies SOX and audit requirements.
  
• Participate in the regular review of processes to improve suppliers, customers, and users experience.
  
• Assist in testing and provide suggestions for setting up new companies in our systems.
  
• Ad hoc finance/admin tasks as required.
