If you're a seasoned Skills Facilitator professional that thrives off a fast paced professional and corporate environment and you're looking for that next career move then we'd love to hear from you!

Is this you?
You've had solid working experience delivering a full Training and Skills Facilitator function, ideally for a financial services company. You're self-motivated and eager to hit the ground running!

What you'll be doing
You will report to the Head of HR and Head of Training and your role will be to co-ordinate, collaborate, project manage, implement and report within the financial services regulatory framework and Skills Development Act.

There are currently nearly 470 employees nationwide and your focus will be to implement strategic and operational imperatives within training and development. You'll be responsible for regulatory compliance, data integrity, process management, record keeping, reporting, training co-ordination and research mainly.

You will be working closely with the various business units.

Where you'll be doing it
At first you will more than likely be more office based and then this would be a hybrid role, offices based in Lynwood Manor. This is a financial services company that offers various services to high end clients.

Their business is well established, vibrant, diverse, dynamic and fast paced. The company is people centred and client and employee focused. The culture is focused on contribution, sharing ideas and experiences and they're passionate about making a difference.

What you'll need
This is strictly an EE position. A relevant tertiary qualification in HR / Education / Training with a minimum of 3 years as a Skills Facilitator with a big preference for someone with financial services industry experience. We're looking for someone that is independent and capable to take full control of this function and can be trusted to deliver.

You'll need to be an excellent relationship builder and able to prioritise your time well with different stakeholders and suppliers. You'll need to be highly organised with outstanding attention to detail, client centric, have fantastic record keeping and time management skills and self-motivated.

While we're looking for a self-starter that manages themselves well, this is an inclusive environment where employees support one another. Additionally, we're looking for someone that is mature and proactive.

What you'll get
You will receive a market related salary which includes your medical aid and provident fund. There is a guaranteed 13th Cheque and a possibility of a performance related bonus in April. There are 21 annual leave days and you receive a leave day for your Birthday. Additionally, if you're in office, you are provided with lunch. There are team building and wellness initiatives.

You will be working with a dynamic, supportive group of people, and for a company that looks after and invests in their staff.
