An international mining giant is looking for a well-versed Payroll Specialist to join their team in the DRC to manage payroll administration, reporting, and adherence to DRC legislation. This is an expat role based on a 6 weeks on 2 weeks off rotation. This is a listed concern offering job security and respect for its employees. The role will include duties such as:

• Internal audits on all employees' information relating to payroll
• Payroll reports
• Annual salary benchmarking
• Month-end Payroll accounting
• Annual labour budgets
• Ensure compliance with DRC labour legislation
• Attend union meetings
• Risk management, governance and compliance
• Stakeholder relationship management

Job Experience & Skills Required:

Qualifications & Experience

• Financial qualification
• 5 or more years' experience in finance
• Fluent in French and English
