The FP&A team is central to helping Sage make better decisions, create competitive advantage and successfully deliver its strategy. Purpose of role is to prepare internal operational
management reporting and group performance reporting requirements for the AME region ensuring that reports are materially accurate, produced to a deadline and comply with
Sage's policies and best practice for FTSE 100 companies. Plays a key role in the strategic planning, budgeting, forecasting and financial / management reporting processes, as well as
adding value and insight as part of financial planning and analysis and working collaboratively with the business.

• Prepare accurate, insightful and timely monthly reports of financial and non-financial data to be presented to the Executive Management team
• Manage and automate / improve monthly financial reporting processes for the region and deliver output submissions within key group deadlines
• Support the wider commercial finance team and finance business partners with the forecasting, budgeting and strategic planning cycle
• Prepare ad hoc Group performance and regional reporting requests with focus on delivering insights and value add
• Develop and implement budgeting and forecasting tools and processes to provide timely and relevant information within region and ensure there is a inter-lock between functions and region during planning processes
• Work closely with the Finance Operations and Systems team to build and enhance current processes and tools to facilitate the right level of management reporting / KPI reporting in the region to senior leadership
• Support commercial decision making with relevant data points to help decision making.

• Good educational background with accounting qualification 3+ years post qualified
• Outstanding problem-solving skills
• Good HFM and Adaptive understanding and knowledge
• Passionate, energetic, has drive and ambition
• Thrives in a fast-paced environment and produces quality outputs to tight deadlines
• Able to build strong collaborative relationships across the business and all levels
• Can demonstrate great business understanding, analytical and with a real eye for detail
• Enjoys working in a hands-on environment and has a genuine interest in understanding the issues behind the numbers
• High level of initiative and self-motivation
• Strong intellect and excellent influencing skills
• Confident in opinions and able to communicate in a convincing manner
• Advanced Excel skills
• Fluent and lucid written style suitable for communication at highest levels
• Well-developed presentation and communication skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office required
