About this job…
Reporting to Andrew, our Business Control Manager - Supply Chain, you'll work alongside an experienced accounting team and support a varied and interesting part of our business. Your day to day will mean:
- Partnering with internal customers to maintain standard costs for all products.
- Providing analysis to guide business decisions.
- Delivering timely accurate reporting, new product development costing, preparing monthly balance sheet reconciliations, budgeting/forecasting.
- Ownership of month-end closure.
You're our ideal person if you:
- Hold a tertiary accounting qualification
- Have 3-5 years experience providing sound accounting, financial analysis and solutions.
- Have experience in supply chain accounting (logistics and production environments); not essential, but highly advantageous because it would help you hit the ground running.
- Have advanced Excel capabilities and, ideally, a strong understanding of SAP and Analysis for Office.
- Can easily build rapport and credibility to influence and form true connections that benefit our open and collegial team vibe
- Are the sort of person who's happy (eager, even!) to pitch ideas, make your opinion known, and challenge established thinking.
