Your opportunity

Reporting to the Senior Finance Business Partner, your role as Finance Business Partner will ensure that Shared Services and functional managers have financial insights into their areas of business so informed operational, financial, and strategic decisions can be made. This role is to support Aruma's Senior Finance Business Partners and Shared Services with respect to business partnering in the areas of financial planning and analysis, commercial decision making and alignment with the overall strategic plan. The role is a conduit between Shared Services and Finance, a "financial interpreter".

Your responsibilities

• Improve financial and commercial awareness of Shared Services managers through coaching and developing and delivering regular financial training.
• Assess, review, and evaluate financial performance and reports.
• Create, update, and maintain financial models and detailed forecasts of the organisation's future operations.
• Prepare and perform detailed analytical models and analysis for Senior Business Analysts and EFM Finance to support in decision making.
• Prepare and maintain financial models including assumptions, income statement, balance sheet, cash flows and supporting data & information schedules including charts and graphs.

About you

• Bachelor's level business management qualification and degree level accounting qualification are mandatory.
• Strong Financial management experience (5+ years) in a fast-paced and complex environment.
• Working with NDIS delivery models is desirable, however not essential.
• Experience within large (multi-site) and complex Corporations/Not-For-Profits.
• Outstanding numeracy and analytical skills and a high level of commercial acumen.
• Flexibility in managing as a change champion in a significant transformation environment.
