About the role
As an Accounts Receivable & Payable officer, your role is to assist in day-to-day financial and administrative activities including the processing of accounts transactions, coordinating invoicing and billing processes, and data entry.

Role Location: Cranbourne, VIC

Responsibilities

• Making sure Invoicing is completed in a timely and accurate manner
• Making sure Customers are set up correctly in the system
• Data entry, filing, preparation of adhoc reports
• Verifying manual payment register and online banking manual payments
• Supplier statement reconciliation
• Follow-up with external suppliers as required, to resolve identified issues
• Collecting client information and follow up actions from clients and debtors
• Assist with balance sheet and accounts
• Assist and support payroll as required

About you
To be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following;

• Experience in AP/AR and Administration
• Independent time management, achieving processing deadlines
• Intermediate to advanced proficiency with Excel (eg Vlookup, writing formulas, importing/exporting data from other platforms, filters)
• Highly organised and eye for detail
