FutureYou have partnered with a nation wide retail business in the recruitment of their new Accounts Payable Officer to join their team on a permanent, full time basis.

This is a fun and exciting role with a depth of duties! Reporting into the Financial Controller and joining a team of 3 Accounts Payable Specialists, this position fits within a tight knit team who love working together.

Description

Daily duties include but are not limited to:

• Local and overseas payments
• Cash flow management for payables
• Supporting the Financial Controller month and year end reporting
• Inter-company transactions
• General ledger uploads and balances
• Management of vendors
• Stakeholder management
• Complete the BAS monthly
• Project work
• Foreign exchange
• Supporting wider finance team

This would suit someone with Accounts Payable experience who is looking to jump into more duties and gain more financial exposure. This is not an Assistant Accountant position, you will not get CA or CPA support.

Profile

Please ensure you have Accounts Payable experience in an end to end environment. Great communication skills is essential because of the stakeholder management.

Job Offer
