Overview of the Assistant Corporate Controller role:

This Assistant Corporate Controller reports directly to the CAO
This Assistant Corporate Controller will be critical in the integrity of financial statements
This Assistant Corporate Controller will perform convergence of IFRS and GAAP
This Assistant Corporate Controller will work directly with external audit and should have a previous engagement with a top 8 firm
This Assistant Corporate Controller will be handling SEC reporting (10Q & 10K)
This Assistant Corporate Controller will be responsible for the governance of financial systems
This Assistant Corporate Controller will be heavily involved in acquisitions, consolidations, divestitures, and statements of cash flow

Preferred Qualifications for the Senior Accountant:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related
CPA is a must
SEC reporting experience
Engagement with Top 8 firms
Exposure to leadership
Team-player
