Our Scottsdale client is seeking an individual for their Account Payable department.
JOB FUNCTION SUMMARY:
- Receives and inputs all incoming payable invoices
- Pay vendors with check, credit card or ACH
- Reconcile and pay credit card statements
- 10 key and Excel
- Issues certificates of Insurance per A/R customer requests
- Maintains correct vendor information including collecting W-9 Forms and certificates of Insurance
- Special Projects as assigned
- QuickBooks Experience preferred
