Junior PTP Specialist with Spanish

Your responsibilities

• Perform reconciliation between supplier outstanding statement and AP open invoices
• Perform internal audit on booked invoices and manual corrections
• Customer service dealing with e mail and phone queries, maintaining a regular relationship with suppliers and client
• Monitor the Payables and unreconciled payment lines reconcile aged debit and credit items follow up and resolve queries related to invoices
• Report activities and analysis requested by the TL or Mngr, incl. but not limiting to MEC reports
• Work the 2nd shift (from 1pm to 9pm)

Our requirements

• Very good English
• Spanish language on level B2 / C1
• High accuracy and focus on details
• Ability to work analytically in a problem solving environment as well as ability to plan, organize and perform work in accordance with the targets
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills written and oral
• MS Office Excel skills
