A dynamic organisation based in the Northern Suburbs of Dunkeld is looking to employ a Creditors Clerk with 3- 5 years' experience working on Syspro.
Minimum Requirements

• Matric
• Accounting Qualification
• Valid Drivers & Reliable Transport
• 3-5 years' experience working on Syspro & MS Office
• Advantageous to come from Distribution and/or Manufacturing Environment.
• Creditors Reconciliations and capturing - NON NEGIOTABLE
• Clearing GRN'S.
• Clearing outstanding Purchase Order Reports - Monthly
• Ensuring that all payments that are paid comply with the set standards and contain all the necessary required information.
• Creditors Queries - Liaise with Suppliers daily on pricing difference, incorrect charges & Credits on accounts
• Must be detailed and be able to work as part of a team an on their own.
• Strong personality / Skill Sets a must
• Excellent communication skills verbal, written, and presentation skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to work and perform under pressure.
• Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
• Establish and Maintain Effective Relationships on all levels
• Reports to the Financial Manager
